At Savannah Private Spa, your relaxation and satisfaction are our priorities.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Changes: We may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, offering rescheduling or a full refund.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 16 or older.
Hygiene: Showering before using facilities is required. Robes and slippers (provided) must be worn in the lounge. Towels must be used in the sauna. Personal grooming (shaving, nails, hair dye, etc.) is prohibited; fines apply.
Attire: Bathrobes in the lounge, swimwear in all facilities (sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool).
Time Management: Late arrivals shorten treatment time. Please adhere to your reserved time.
Food & Drink: Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Alcohol is prohibited.
Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited.
Staff Instructions: Please follow staff instructions.
Late Arrival Policy: Arrivals over 1 hour late will result in the booking being cancelled.
Group Bookings: Female-only or male-only groups.
Damages: Guests are liable for damages.
Liability: Savannah Private Spa is not responsible for lost/stolen items or personal injury.
Payments: All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Bookings can be altered up to 5 days prior.
Gift Cards/Branch Transfer: Bookings and Gift Cards are non-transferable between branches.
Payment Methods: Card or cash accepted.
Health Conditions: Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnancy cannot use heat experiences.
Conduct: Intimacy is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement: Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction.
